  The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible.   As business travellers the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was a continental which was good. The staff were very friendly and the price is a lot cheaper than the hotels closer to Brussels Central - Our host Linda was excellent & the facilities first class. Also good to stay outside Leuven but have easy 5-10 minute access

  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   Location was great, breakfast was awsome for 10 euros. Parking on street in front of hotel for only 5 euros. We highly recommend this hotel - The location is very central and the staff were very helpful.
