  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   Clean, modern and functional hotel. The staff were all very helpful. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the centre ,but not to far away by taxi or underground. - The warm welcome by the hotel staff. It is nice to be remembered when you return to the hotel.
