  This place was great! Edmund (one of the people who lives there) came by and gave us advice on where to go out, and what was fun to do. The neighborhood is really cool, and my sister and I felt totally safe walking around. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the accomodations are wonderful, great breakfast and the airport shuttle is a real plus.   The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   I stayed in B&B Ambiorix with my wife and three children (2,5,8) for two nights. The owner is extremely nice and welcomed us very warmly, provided guidance about the city and answered all our questions. We stayed on the first floor in two connected rooms. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and in a nice neighbourhood. My room was on the first floor and was nice, quiet and warm. Breakfast was great and gives you a nice family feeling. I just realized I used the word ''nice'' four times but that word best sums up the experience :)
