  I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. The beds were clean and comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out the front of the building with a balcony.

The owner is very friendly. We loved it! We will definitely stay there again.

Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Very friendly and helpfull staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room (unless you ask and pay for it) but

  The apartment was very unique and fun. Out of the many many places that I have stayed in Europe, this was by far the most interesting. Loved the basement kitchen, so cute. When the price is right there are very few hotels like this in Brussels. - The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.
