  A charming 4-floor house from 1850 on the old route to Santiago de Compostela. Renovated in 2000 in a way very similar to how I do-it-yourselfed myself around 1990.   We had a wonderfully positive stay. Our host was able to give us an overview of the city, and was readily available at any time because the intercom rings to her phone when she is not on premises.   I like that it's spacious. We weren't cramped in a hotel room. It also has a full kitchen,so we could cook and save money. It's close to the Grand place; about a 10 minutes walk.
