  I stayed in B&B Ambiorix with my wife and three children (2,5,8) for two nights. The owner is extremely nice and welcomed us very warmly, provided guidance about the city and answered all our questions. We stayed on the first floor in two connected rooms. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and in a nice neighbourhood. My room was on the first floor and was nice, quiet and warm. Breakfast was great and gives you a nice family feeling.   I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Midi station. They have a nice cafe where you can have a good continental breakfast at a moderate price. The staff were friendly and helpful. - Very friendly staff. The hotel is clean with an average standard but you get a lot for a small price.
