Extremely comfortable bed, very very clean towels and everything else is
very clean . No dust even on the highest shelf in the room in the open
space. I liked a lot, that there was no carpet on the floor, very
stylish rough wood floor. This is very good for people with allergies to
dust. No carpet room gives more fresh breathing for lungs. I just

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, central and easily accessible location. but most of all... the design. The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible

The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and
comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small
space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out
the front of the building with a balcony.

Everything. The best hotel we've visited in a long time. Best
location fo touring brussels, a walking distance from all main
atractions and the central train station + a metro station right
beneath. Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made
it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very
comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Very friendly and helpfull
staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room
(unless you ask and pay for it) but

We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP.
Both negative comments I consider sort of trade-off for stylish equipment, which is really unique.

The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.
