The apartment cost no more than a reasonable hotel room price, in the centre of Brussels. An easy 5 mins walk from the Eurostar station, and 20 mins walk from Grand Place (mostly down one straight road). We reserved a studio which turned out to be very nice the 2 guys at the
reception were very polite and very friendly. Its a 10-15 mins walk from
the center (brussels is small , u can walk throughout the whole city)
the location near brussels-midi station is great
the studio felt like home , which is awesome . at some point we preferred staying in the studio rather than going out ... :-)

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

Position was where we needed to be; staff were extremely helpful; room was just what we needed; reduced rate brought it within the price bracket we sought. - The freedom of self catering and the extra space by having a four person apartment. Plenty of space in the car park.

We loved our stay at La Casa BXL. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend this accommodation. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The square was a short walking distance and we were able to walk most places. The stairs are a little steep but that has been the case with majority of our accommodation and were helped to carry our bags. Overall, loved it!
