  Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

It was only a 5-10 min taxi ride from the Eurostar station. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was superb - delicious and a wide variety of items. - The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
