  I had made a few requests online when I booked the hotel, and I was so pleased to find them all fulfilled when we checked in. The front desk reception was very friendly and competent.   The hotel was ah-ma-zing!! It was truly wonderful. The trip to Liege was a surprise for my mom's birthday and before our arrival I contacted the hotel to inquire about anything extra they did for birthdays. They gave me a few options and I eventually chose the bottle of champagne. I loved that little extra effort they put into my stay. We - Room very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing, and there are very good restaurants nearby.
