After having travelled for nearly a month it was both a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

It was only a 5-10 min taxi ride from the Eurostar station. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

  I had a lovely and comfortable time staying at the Resience. The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and there was a super roof-top garden that I could access. My apartment was lovely - and when I had to skip a couple of Fatima's delicious breakfasts (because of work demands), they dropped by fruit, yogurts, and cereal bars! The building is a delight - and atmosphere, old worldly and comfortable. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
