The Floris Hotel Avenue was in an excellent location for us, walking distance from the Eurostar arrival (midi) station and easy walking into the center of Brussels, Grand Place, restaurants ect. It's a house of 17 century with the interior in romantic Belgian Provence style. All is very-very old and authentic, except a modern fashion bath (santech is in good condition, radiators is warm what was very important dew to really cold weather). We stayed at the apartment over the gallery and it was lovely. Very beautiful and large with a large bathroom and a separate kitchen/breakfast area on the top floor. Plus the location was fantastic, only a block from the Mannekin Pis statue and a very short walk to the main square. Oh and their cat Sushi took a liking to us and would come to visit

The accommodation is in a superb location. It is easy to visit the pain sights and also only 5 minute walk from train station- a real plus. We stayed above the gallery and loved having a separate bedroom and dining room. The owners were very friendly and checked each day that everything had been ok. A simple breakfast but more than adequate.
