  Once we had got our bearings inside the hotel, we found everything extremely convenient. The room was very well equipped, and the bed superbly comfortable. The breakfast seemed to us too expensive, but in retrospect and considering what was on offer, perhaps we should have tried it at least once.   Spotless rooms - superbly fitted out. Staff were very friendly andhelpful. Location is great for seeing all Gent has to offer. Private,secure parking a bonus (reservation needed).   Beautiful rooms, stylish design. We stayed in Graaf Van Vlaanderen Room (Executive Double Room) and Modern Room (Deluxe Double Room with Balcony). Both are cosy. It's nice to sit by a fireplace with a beer. :) Wonderful breakfast. Lovely amiable hosts and staff. Excellent advices given. The recommended places were beautiful. Didn't use TV (huge) nor fire as too short a stay / summer, but nice to have. Would return.

  Great apartment, good size we have twin boys age 14 and 2 dogs. Fantastic location, nearby parking great value. Dog toilet just around the corner newly refurbished . Owner is a lovely man with grat sense of humour. Very casual and relaxed.lots of stairs good exercise. - Everything!
