I really enjoy my stay at Azur.... The room and the facilities was superb and the location was good.... As it was in the centre of the city of Gent....I will definitely recommend this BB to friends and families and will visit again anytime I visit Belguim....
The place was quality. It cannot be be deemed a hotel/B&B. More like your own private apartment. The rooms were massive, the place was in the centre of the city, the man came with the key, we paid him and never saw anyone again.wszystkie opinie »

Good location, big room. We lived in the attic and saw the another - classic room. The classic room looked better than attic.

I suppose, the staff is ... but, it's necessary to make call by phone. We didn't test it.
Bad wifi connection, bed was clean but dirt in the corners of the room and room was generally characterized by short-gap-solutions.
Amenities we very poor...toilet was on another floor, no soap, sheets were very old and didn't fit the bed properly, very hard to find.
There was no hot water to take shower, the room was dirty and the staff was never there.
It was very dirty there was no coffee or tea facility's there is no breakfast there was a dirty cup left in room when we arrived it was half full of coffee and full of fag butts the place was dirty good job we got there late and that I had payed for room before I saw it and the fact that I was only spending 1 night or I would have turned round and left it might be cheap but it is not worth it pay that little bit more and stay somewhere else.
This is not a hotel! There are 3 apartments for rent above the beauty salon which is loacted on the ground floor. The rooms are quite tired, some renovations is required. It is also very noisy during the night since the windows are facing the high street with the trams. Definitely some ear plugs will be needed.
