The location-near shopping, tourist sites, metro, and plenty of places to get something to eat. The room was very nice despite the bad reviews especially for the price you pay. It comes with a kitchen area with fridge and stove and if you want to stop by the market just up the street and cook to save money it's very convenient.

The stairs leading up to the room are still in some kind of construction process and the stairway is very dark. There is a light switch but its not easily visible. No help desk.
Wi-fi in fact didn't work for the first day of my stay there. Nobody
was going to fix it and no refund for that.
