This flat had everything! Spacious with a terrace. Very luxurious for one person staying for one night - I mean there were washing machine, dish washer, freezer, fridge - simply a regular flat. Double bed plus a sofa that could probably become a 2nd double bed. Right in the centre opposite La Bourse. Did not see any staff but had a code for access. The penthouse flat was large, clean, well equipped and very welcoming. The location in unbeatable. The reception was super fast at replying by email when the door codes didn't arrive and provided an emergency number, which we didn't use.

Flat is very well equipped with small important things for kitchen.small place for smoking people outside the flat. the loft was excellent clean and all furniture and house was brand new. we loved it. excellent location in the centre. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and Grand Place; Clean apartment, very well maintained and comfortable. it's perfect. nice service and position. perfect kitchen for use. it is the best choice. central location clean comfortable clear guidelines. The location, the price, the internal design. Location Size of flat was good Secure entry. Decoration, Tidiness, Location. location comfort cleanliness. Everyrthing was perfect!!. No hairdryer - but everything else. The old door opening system with a code to be digited in simply doesn't work. It took 20 minutes of attempts at arrival and another 5-10 after dinner to get in. Needs a reliable upgrade. Access it through a steep external staircase (2-3 flights of stairs, so be mindful of that if carrying heavy luggage. Getting in to the apartment was a drama - instead of a numeric keypad (as per the booking instructions), there was a traditional door-lock. On calling the owners, was told that the key was in a plant-pot nearby. It was dusk, there was lots of plant-pots and the key was well buried. Not sure why I was not told this before I arrived? Couldn't get the WiFi to work? No dvd - with only bbc1, bbc2 and bbc World News, for English-speaking guests. Towels were a bit old/hard. No shampoo / body-wash. There was not a toilet paper and corkscrew! it is easy to improve. Very little hot water -- water heater seemed to be not working. difficult to park the car small confusion - landlord change dog policy after the booking - good news we were still allowed with a dog noise at night. The not-working tv and not working wi-fi. Still needs some quality finishing touches Flat access details only sent on day of travel. mix-up between apartments instructions to enter the apartment.
