Clean rooms, especially bathroom. Breakfast staff very friendly and

Wi-fi did not work and when we inquired about the problem at the front
desk, the receptionist was not concerned. She did nothing to help with
the problem! After that, she ignored us and went out of her way to be
unavailable. Don't advertise wi-fi if you don't care if your
customers have it. If you care about your customers, then respond to

The beds were very narrow (we had a twin bed room). Our room was at the front, overlooking the casino, bars, and nightclubs, so it was very noisy with drunken revellers until 4.30 am. We only stayed on a wednesday, I imagine it being much noisier at the weekend.
Absolutely worst room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They had placed 2 fold-able bed in a single bedroom to make it a triple room. The heater was not working when we checked in and there was no one at the front desk to help us after 7PM. I dont think they should advertise this as a hotel.
