The manager asked me to wait, then arranged for their own hotel driver to take me, at no charge! No mini bar, but there is a refrigirator and there is a convenient store at 10 minutes walking from the hotel. there you can also find some restaurants and fast food chains.

Rooms cleaned and bed linen changed every day. We were upgraded from 2 to 3 bedrooms for the same price of what we booked online. Our stay was great. This was both embarrassing and disquieting and ruined the ambience. Breakfast was superb but very limited Al a Carte evening menu.

  Absolutely spot on.Staff all fantastic and helpful even when the hotel was full. Allowed an early checkin and changed from a double to a single with no hassels.
