  The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I liked how the breakfast buffet did not have packaged butter, jams and knäckebrot. It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children.
