The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. On arrival I was picked up (for free) from the train station. I got a free room upgrade too which was very nice.   Couldn't recommend enough!!! the location is PERFECT bang in the middle of town, close to the ski lifts and all the bars and restaurants.
