  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help.   The hotel made our perfect ski weekend even better. They upgraded our room to a one-bedroom suite. Reception was friendly and very helpful.
