The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. Beautiful scenery, great location near the ski slopes, excellent service, warm and inviting environment, nice spa facilities and an indoor swimming pool with an enchanting view to the Alps. Breakfast and the gourmet dinner were delightful. To sum it up- a great pleasure! -

I liked very much the spacious room, the excellent facilities, as well as the design of the hotel and its location, close to Kitzbuhel, but still in a quiet and relaxed spot. -

This is a fantastic hotel in terms of location, facilities and service. Langenfeld is a very beautiful place, about 1.5 hr drive from Innsbruck. The fine-dining experience included in the room rate was unexpectedly great, as were the free drinks and chocolates in the mini-bar! The hotel is superb. Really gorgeous, each part of the hotel is a true
piece of design - with no compromise to comfort, added with an excellent
nouveau cuizine restaurant (one of the best in the region) and exclusive
service provided by extremely helpful and attentive staff. It sounds
like an ad, but it's true: I've been there twice - in January
and March'13. I was so amazed during the first stay that I have

Perfect for smaller children upto about 6 years. Very child and baby friendly! The buffet dinner was very good and healthy food. The children did not had to eat fast food everyday. The rooms were very clean and childfriendly.
Lots of toys for children available. The staff was also very friendly.
