  The staff here are unbeatable. If you speak any German at all, they will gladly speak German with you. If not, I only know that they know English, too.   These people are amazing. I felt as a friend guest rather than a client. Clean, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, excellent location. But the main thing was the staff. We were a company of 3 motorcycles, and they even gave us water and fruits for the trip home. They even carried my bags to the when I arrived tired from the road. There was a problem with our reservation, but the receptionist was very dilligent and kind, so we ended up with un upgraded room, which amounts to our very positive impressions.   A very nice room in a very good location - The hotel is placed in the center of Villach and from there you can reach lot of interesting places. The rooms are huge, comfortable and I really appreciate the style. Thanks to the reception that let me check out at 12. The breakfast is fantastic!
