Awesome views , awesome food, staff were superb and very helpful. Incredible setting exceptional view. Nothing. letsbookhotel.com or the hotel messed up our reservation and we did not get to stay in the room we reserved instead got a bottom floor next to exit and driveway with a view of the front of the hotel. Lound no privacy and at the time o this writing same price as the balcony view room we reserved. We will see how this works out to see if we ever book thru letsbookhotel.com again or stay at Hotel Mohnenfluh as we live in Germany and spend many weekends in the Alps.
