  We stayed in a junior suite and can honestly say that it was amazing. We had a superb view of Vienna. I cannot understand some of the comments made as the staff were very helpful and even arranged for me to have a birthday cake made for my partner and delivered with breakfast on the morning of his birthday. Street is parallel to a street with more shoes, handbags and clothing stores you could wish for, staff very obliging all in all a great hotel.
