  We booked a quadruple room for 4 (3 sisters over 20 and our mom). The room was spacious with a large balcony that overlooked the mountains. We only spent one night in Innsbruck and arrived during a heat - Very central hotel - couldn't be closer to shops and the old town. Helpful staff. We arrived at mid-day and our room was already ready. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space. Good internet connection. The hotel has a check-in machine in the lobby, so you can arrive at any time. We had a small room facing the street, but the sound-proofed windows meant we had very little street noise. Tram and bus stops are right outside, so easy to get to airport or station on public transport.

It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside.
