  The family room was very spacious and clean. Even though the room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, the staff very happily helped with our luggage.   This is our second time at this Hotel but the last time, they were full (December 2005) and we had not booked!) but they kindly let us stay with their Aunt who lives in a house in the grounds.
