  The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was right on the Danube with a sidewalk in front so walks in good weather are a must. The restaurant had a nice menu with authentic Austrian fare and reasonable prices.   Very conveniently located near the railway station. The hotel was full when I stayed and I was initially allocated one of the smoking rooms, despite asking for a non-smoking.   We had read some bad reviews but were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by a pleasant young lady and she and her colleague were very helpful in advising us on free parking. The room was clean even though some (but not all) of the furniture looked a little shabby.
