Some rooms include a kitchenette. The gardens include a gazebo and BBQ facilities. Room service is available in the mornings.

The staff (owners) were so welcoming and friendly that I rebooked for another few nights for the following week -I didn't even consider looking for anything else. The room was impeccably clean and tidy and the location was perfect - close to Woombye, close to my work assignment and a short drive to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff gave us all the information we needed to enhance our stay and were otherwise unobtrusive. It was close to where we had to go and suited our purposes well. We would be happy to return.

We had a Large, comfortable room with a kitchenette. The patio and garden outside the room was delightful. Great location. Good size room. Extra friendly & helpful staff. Lovely well maintained gardens. Very welcoming on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was generous. Excellent central point for visiting the area. Quiet in room given between 2 roads. Rooms were very spacious, clean & nice outdoor area overlooking the pool. The rooms are well appointed. A table and chairs were much appreciated. That it was very much in my budget n very close to my destination. The ease of the room for my wheelchair access was not to bad. The large size of room Large space excellent shower Well kept. clean, good bed, friendly, good access. Closeness to where we wanted to go. Clean, comfortable, friendly. spacious rooms. Tranquility. very clean,not noisy. It was clean. Couldn't get the Wi-Fi connection in my room. Entry is a bit difficult from Woombye bur not too challenging. Traffic noise during the day due to two roads being on both sides of the units. It was much quieter at night and didn't disturb our sleep. Nothing. All was good. I couldn't stay longer. Bathroom door just a bit small but nothing else was not liked. Nothing. no screens on doors, windows, room a bit musty of smell and no option to air the room without being eaten by mozzies. No bin in toilet for ladies. No bowls or plates. N/A. parking very restricted,no cutlery not enough bath towels,only two for three persons also glasses. The ad said free wifi to all areas Not so when I asked I was told you had to sit on a bench in the driveway outside reception to get access it was not available anywhere else, the air con was very noisy,but only other option was open the doors which had no security or bug screens, rooms next door must have decided on open doors as you could hear every word they said. Never again.
