Our group of 4 senior adults found the accommodation great. The staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging. We had the use of a double room and an apartment and all were very comfortable and clean. No shortage of the essentials, i.e. milk, tea, coffee, sugars, etc. A home away from home. Looking forward to our next stay. The price was what I expected ,I had everything That I needed I thought there was a generous amount of milk /tea/coffee as some places I have stayed at I usually have to buy a small carton to suppliment . provided all I needed.

We hope to be able to stay there again as our daughter is attending CSU and we will be travelling down to collect her in breaks. while we were wit you we visited a family member at the karpooka army barracks which we found to be nice and close will stay with you again. The room was full of the odour of cigarette smoke,which ended up causing me to wake up with a stuffed up nose and a headache. Good clean budget motel, friendly staff, good location. Pub close, 5 - 10 minute walk to CBD, shops. Park at door. Bed good. The hotel is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is our hotel of choice in WAGGA. It was very assisted for my business trip during 8 nights. Thank to all staff's for cooperation. The room was clean and fresh. I felt as if the staff care about their business and their guests. Value for money. A microwave was put in the room on my request. Everything was spick & span. staff friendly and helpful accommodation great for the price,outside relaxing area very pleasant. Close to town centre, pleasant , although simple rooms, good tea and coffee making provisions. Our family room was a good size and very clean. Stayed two nights at a fantastic price. It was very tidy and clean and the staff very attentive, I will stay there again. Location, it was quiet. Fridge & microwave. Bathroom was good. Staff was very friendly, needed help and quickly gave us answers. Very good basic motel. Good bed, clean and very very quiet. Easy to find, pleasant surroundings and good acommodation. Perhaps a few more utensils, etc. but we managed okay.. I can't think of anything that I did not agree with. nothing we did not like. Although short notice to the manager that I had brought an extra person the advertised cost at the tourist information centre was $15.00 per person for this motel. We were charged an extra $20.00 per person, would the info at the tourist centre be out of date?. Nothing bad. Only a bit old. The bed was to hard. There was nothing negative about my experience. I would happy stay there again. Noisy tradies early morning starts & drunken debriefs late at night after the pub had closed. Swearing, smoking & drinking outside my door distressing & unpleasant. Non-smoking room booking became farcical. very noisy when toilet bowl is refilling. Didn't really bother me, but I thought that I was hearing the planes preparing for take-off for a while. A bit difficult to get in and out of because of the busy road and having to cross over the centre to go onto the town centre. A restaurant on site would have been a great addition . Needed a little more cutlery & crockery, like a bowl & fork etc. nothing. Nothing. They are abit small and the lage bed was very harf. Small milks. The bunk bed in the family room squeaked and creaked and kept me awake every time the kids moved in bed. Closeness to the railway. Nothing. Nothing. Traffic and railway noise. Room deodorant used to mask musty damp odour from bathroom. Family room was ridiculously small. refigerator was in a very awkward position to use - behind car and close to curtains on floor. Just about everything. Very basic and overpriced.
