very central position.The location was great, rooms were clean and the airport transfer option was readily available. Easy access to information on events, restaurants, transport.It was in a convenient location and the room was comfy and dark - so got a good nights sleep.liked the location, close location to everything. Location is excellent, as is the attached cafe: great coffee, freindly staff, very good value and free internet access. Nothing apart from the proximity to the city.There needs to be some flexibility regarding the 2.00 pm availability of room.the swipe cards malfunctioned twice to get into the door,otherwise I loved it. breakfast in adjoining restaurant was terrible, food was not hot, hash browns and bacon too tough, mushrooms from a can. Young waitress hard to underdtand.The rooms are starting to show their age - perhaps may need some re-furbishment.The rooms and facilities are tired, the room smelt a little and the air con, though effective, sounded like a tractor. No Microwave in the room. No cutlery provided ion the room. Restaurantwas closed on New Years day and did not have any other provisions.Credit card was charged $100 by Shama without prior permission andintimation. Shower gels and other stuff were not replaced by housekeepingstaff. Most horrible service.....
