Dick and Lynn the hosts (hope I have remembered your names correctly!) were very friendly and accommodating. Lynn your homecooked breakfasts were delicious and excellent value for money. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and the shops and cafes. Quiet location and parking available. I loved the rooms and the breakfast was great . One of the best beds I have slept in while I have been away . I will be going back . Nothing was too much trouble and there was space to sit inside or out on the large verandah . Great value and cannot go wrong .

Other guests also friendly - lots of interesting chats around the breakfast table. Also, No Children!! Bliss!! Location is great too. We had the most relaxing weekend, with fantastic hosts, so friendly & helpful. The meals that we had at Ainslie Manor were so delicious. The rooms were so comfortable. Just had a great weekend. Will return for sure. The hostess, Lynne, is a lovely and friendly person. The breakfast was satisfactory. Our room was comfortable. The location was for us within walking distance of the Main Street of Redcliffe. A beautiful home... We liked the homeliness, cleanliness, facilities & cheeriness. We were welcomed efficiently & directed to our room quickl, as we wanted because we were late!. Nice and helpful owners ; convenient location to go or come from the airport ; also convenient because restaurant are at a walking distance ; good breakfast. The location was very handy, and the room quite comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful about the local area and attractions. TheHomely atmosphere /. clean and quite. Staff. The artificial room deodoriser and the bar fridge wasn't fully stocked the first night, no spring water but this was attended to promptly on request. Absolutely nothing, it was fantastic. The attic room was delightful but confined & with poor vision easy to bump my head on the sloped ceiling/wall!! Please note, this did not bother me but might others after climbing 2 flights of stairs. slightly noisy because of road trafic nearby and thin walls. Everything was more than satisfactory. Being a B&B it was a bit noisy in the morning with all the guests having breakfast or checking out at the same time. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. nothing. No adverse comments. Could not fault anything. There was not anything we did not like.
