The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal for the beach at Noosa Heads and walking to shops, restaurants and into the national park along the coastal track The 2 bedrooms are good in size and furnishings were very comfortable. kitchen was well fitted out with plenty of glasses, plates etc. Proprietors were very friendly and helpful which always enhances any holiday. Location was great, nice and handy to the beach and cafes and restaurants but be prepared to be woken early with the daylight and a little nosie from the hospitality service traffic in the vicinity.
wszystkie opinie » Our apartment was very comfortable with a view directly onto Hastings Street. The hotel is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a larger apartment than I had booked. Furnishings, beds and pillows were comfortable and modern, air-conditioned main room, walking distance to everything. Fronted on Hastings St so walk across the road to surf club, beach and a short walk to Little Cove/National Park. Extremely competent and friendly managers. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Beds and pillows were excellent. Very easy stroll to safe, sandy beach which our grandchildren loved. Small, heated pool. It is good value family accomodation. Nothing flash but very comfortable with everything you need to cook and serve meals. Good location as well and not noisy despite being on Hastings St. - Location, location, location! (Unbeatable location on Hastings Street) - Free and reliable Wi-Fi - Very pleasant and courteous people looking after the property - Very comfortable bed. Everything. The room has every thing I needed to cook and enteraine. Good location. Comfortable bed. Hastings St is noisy, particularly every day with the rubbish trucks starting at a minimum of 5.30 am every day. This lasted about 2 hours every morning with the vehicles servicing the Little Cove area as well. Could not sleep past 4.30 am if air conditioner was not used (we did this for one night due to one person not liking air con). With the air con it was not a problem. We would have liked a lock high up on the front door so that our extremely inquisitive grandchildren couldnt get out, also, the same to the balcony doors. (just a small slide bolt at the tops of the doors would be great). Unfortunatly I made a mistake about the checkout time and instead of 10 am left the premises at 10.30am. You would have thought that we had done, such as doing a runner or smashing the tv, the way the female manager reacted. It put a bit of a dampener on the holiday to leave under these unfriendly circumstances. - Small pool - Slightly dated look (although our apartment was refurbished and looked better). There wasn't anything I would complain about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!. We were surprised at the poor quality of the linen. This might sound a bit petty however we expect to have the same quality thick towels and cotton sheets we have at home, particularly at a facility such as this. Also, we think 8 days is a bit long before rooms are serviced. We stayed for 6 nights and needed to several loads of washing. Finally, we think the provision of salt and pepper would be an improvement, especially for overseas guests!. Could do with a refurb a little dated. Water pressure in the shower really slow and not much control from hot to cold. More soaps and a box of tissues required. Nothing!. The only thing I can complain about is the hand towel was very stain. It was very noisy not complex noise though just because it is on the main town road there was a lot of street noise and traffic and noise from other business. There needed to be at least one other mirror. Nothing. Being in unit 1 it was quite noisy at night due to proximity of footpath and patrons from neighbouring businesses. No block out curtains made it difficult to sleep as light from around the motel continually shone into our bedroom. Noisy in the morning, air conditioner played up a bit. The air con didnt work and there was only one fan for a two bedroom unit. The unoit we stayed in was right on the entrance so we had to keep the blinds shut for privacy so it was very hot. Not Applicable. No matter which way you turn the head the shower floods the bathroon floor! Quite noisy; lots of kids shouting in pool all day. We stayed in Unit 10, which had a sunny balcony looking down on Hastings Street, but the bathroom and kitchen desperately need updating!!!!!. Rather noisy at night. apartment needs updating. Rather dingee. Nothing really. no view from balcony. no airconditioning on arrival. Noosa's restaurants aren't great quality or value. Nothing. It was all good. no air con in bedroom. but muddle with bill. Nothing too important to mention. I would have liked a ensuitein the main bedroom this is a must. I found the lady in the office to be quite annoying, not very helpful. The pool seemed to be dirty and our room was right in front of the pool so we had all the noise from very noisy children. Advertised with north facing balconies but our balcony faced the back of the apartments in front so we got no sunlight at all. This made the apartment very cold and not very enjoyable to be in. It should be clear that some apartments have no view. Dated décor. Needs refurbishment. Unclean bathroom. Hairs on bed.
