Good sized room, very clean, comfortable. Well stocked with everything needed and really liked having the kitchenette, although did not use as we were only there one night. Would definitely stay again, especially for a longer stay. Lovely garden surrounds, with bbq area, and as it's set back from main road it is very quiet. We really liked the proximity to main shopping area / restaurants of Hahndorf. Liked the spotlessly clean room, with all needs catered to. The lady on reception was particularly kind and friendly, and was happy to assist us in every way.

There was nothing I found to complain about or dislike. Nothing much, maybe the bathroom floor is very slippery when wet due to, I think, the cleaning products. Hard pillows. Noise from pool area. It was a bit difficult to find.....it should be advertised... that the Hahndorf Motor Lodge is behind the Hahndorf Inn. NOTHING ! I did not like going home!. Nothing. Lack of view and feeling of being in Hahndorf. The art was boring. Having said that Kellie's recommendation to go to Haus was full of atmosphere of the local area. Don't know that it was worth $155 when we found other cheaper options nearby after already booking in. The Hahndorf Inn is best avoided, go further up the road to the German Arms for more reasonable prices and nicer staff. no coffee plunger. The plumbing could be heard in the middle of the night 2 rooms away. Nothing. There was nothing i did not like. Extremely loud noises from the water service Difficult access to the room. Some staff were not very helpful where other staff were very friendly. Insufficient laundry facilities for guests - had to share with hotel. Battery failed in Smoke alarm causing it to go off intermittently, but had to be investigated. Couples placed in rooms occupied next to family rooms which were very noisy. Second bed small single which meant one person did not sleep well. We specified twin share. Norhing. basin taps hard to turn on and off. slippery bathroom floor. inability to drive to motel unit - weather was very wet at times. Noisey neighbours. Nothing. fan in bathroom was very 'rattly', I was concerned about overheating and a fire as this is a possibility if fans do not work efficiently. The room is a little bit smaller. Value for money a little questionable.
