  Enrique the owner, was so incredibly hospitable and helpful. He went above and beyond to welcome us, make sure we understood everything, and had all we needed. His English was minimal like our Spanish, but his efforts were wonderful. The room was clean and tidy. Location was close to town, easy to get to ATMs, restaurants etc. Breakfast was - It's a real family run business, with very friendly owners. They do everything to make your stay comfortable. The pool is big and well kept. Nice to have after a day of visiting the falls! It's a small ten mins walk to town and a very quite place, clean and specious rooms. Recommendable!!!

  : We stayed at the hotel as a family (2 adults and 3 children from ages 10-16) during Semana Santa. We stayed at a room that could fir 5+ people. The attitude and treatment we got by the staff and Tibu were trustful and more than nice; they provided us with a ride f - The hospitality of Remi and Romi was outstanding. They received us at 1am and where very helpful on every need we had. They even shared their daughters' ibuprofen with our kids, and they were so kind at all times. The garden was so nice, the sunset was so beautiful. The arranged to have games for kids, and they even made a cake for childrens' day. We will definitely go back sometime next year.

  Great!!! People there is very nice and helpful. Noelia is very well located in a quit and nice residential street. No noises. No cars. No buses.   The staff and atmosphere of the hostel is great. Only 4 bed dorms all with ensuites so no cramped dorms and no walks down corridors in the middle of the night to go to the toilet.   The hotel employees are very friendly and helpful. The room had something like a cooktop, so if you want to save money you can cook. The bathroom had a bathtub and a good shower. - The staff didn't speak much English but were always cheerful and attentive. The location was perfect for getting around town, to the bus station, etc.

  The two managers are lovely people friendly helpful and will chat away all other staff friendly too. Really enjoyed are stay here, close to shops, restaurants, bars and bus station. Massive swimming pool gutted I didn't get to use it as it was raining and not as hot as needs to be to swim!
