Located very close to the bus terminal and the town. Staffs (Mother and the son) were very very helpful and flexible with the payment, check in/ check out time and so on. One day we had to leave at 5:30am, breakfast starts at 6am but they left coffee and breakfast for us. Also on the day we left, shuttle service came one hour earlier than schedule

New owners since May 2013. Making it a warm welcoming place. We stayed 4 nights. Superfriendly, English and Spanish speaking. Very helpfull, especially Ramiro who helped us with everything we asked and more, even with our bustickets to ibera! Nice big comfortable rooms, clean with comfy beds, great breakfast. Close to busstation and one block from main street. We warmly recommend this place! One of the best places we stayed at in Argentina!

Exceedingly nice for the price, very relaxed, tremendous restaurant right in the building, walking distance to main street and casino, much better than we anticipated. Staff spoke adequate english, and could help with our trip arrangements (taxis and buses, tours).

what a beautiful house!
I stayed there for 2 days with my wife. The owner was very kind and gave us useful information to do activities in the El Calapate. moreover room is perfect, especially large, clean and gorgeous. also the kichen located in my room was very convinence and useful. we cooked our dishes and had a nice time. -

Best hotel we stayed in during our 2 months in Ar. Modern apt style rooms with lots of space to spread out.
Owners were very friendly & helpful. Their daughter was also very Good with English & booked our tours made lunches and got us to the airport with ease.

The Alto Verde Hosteria was a great small hotel, located about a 10 minute walk from the center of town. The staff there were wonderful and extremely helpful, even packing our breakfast to go each morning because we were going on early tours. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and huge Rooms, Service desk at reception to assist with booking buses and tours, very clean, Hot water, WIFI when not swtiching networks carried into each room on all levels. Breakfast good place to meet travelers also setting out for Treks in nearby area and down in Calafate, Buses to El Pilar pick you up from Outside Hostel. -

The staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was great and included cheese and ham (the only time in a month for us in Argentina). It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bath was great.

Very helpful staff and a warm and cozy place to stay! They had a large common area to meet & eat breakfast (which was included in the room rate). They gave us great restaurant recommendations and were really helpful in booking an excursion to the glacier. -
