A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!).   Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. The entire team is SUPER helpful and accommodating. Can't say enough about them!
