Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. The convenience of the local area, shops, banks and vicinity of being able to go anywhere, taxi, train, bus or walk. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. Duque hotel is a must in Buenos Aires. Good location (Palermo - safe
area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after
a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in
time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give
nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was
also good.
