  The rooms were clean and comfortable. Especially important was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was also very convenient to visiting wpi where our son goes to college. Overall, probably a 9 out of 10. - The people working in the hotel were extremely nice and accommodating.   The hotel staff were extremely friendly and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Hotel was great value for money. All amenities were clean and luxurious. 10/10! - Location was perfect for our needs. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was wonderful Their restaurant Ceres was very beautiful and food was great.

  I had to call down twice to the front desk because the neighbor were loud and it was 2/ 2:30 in the morning. The second time I called she assured me that she would call the room and speak to them.
