  The Elm was very clean and had most of the amenities found in much more expensive motels. The staff was very helpful and helped make the stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend the Elm if one is looking for a clean, relatively inexpensive motel with a friendly helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again. - The rooms were impeccably clean. The... hva folk sier » beds were so comfortable I wish I could have taken it home with me. If I find myself to stay in the Westfield, MA area I will definitely check here first for accommodations!
