  Actually, after all the "negatives" I had seen and read about "American Host Motel" (after I booked it), I was very pleased with everything about it. Yes - the hot tub wasn't working... Because they were in the process or replacing it with a new one.   The apartment was very clean, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and more. I loved that we had 2 full baths, that we got extra towels and extra pillows. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony. The maid service was excellent. It made for a very relaxing vacation. My family and I would definitely stay here again... hva folk sier » , Thanks for making this a great time for my family - very clean kept up facilities, friendly staff, pool right by the water, heard from a staff member they donate certain electrical items and grills to charities so their offerings are always new! Plenty of closet/storage space. Again, VERY clean!!! VERY helpful and accommodating staff!!!

  The hotel was comfortable and the staff was great and everything was so close to the hotel overall it was an amazing experience and cant wait to stay again next summer! - I liked that we were able to stop in Yarmouth for a quick overnight and not get slammed with high season cape prices!

The location for touring Cape Cod is excellent, on one of the principal roads but with the least traffic, and for those who stay a few da - The backyard and frontyard are gorgeous. We were able to sit outside and relax often. The location is also pretty good. Less than a minute drive to a bank and ice creamery. There is also a cute convience store and alcohol store less than a walk away. The owner is also great. He was able to give us directions to the best route up the cape. We basically got to see everything we needed to see because of his directions! No gps needed. The breakfast is also delicious. We did not want to leave this p
