This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff was great. The amenities were outstanding. We got an unbelievable price for the room otherwise I'm pretty sure this hotel is out of our budget. Al;so free parking was a plus. -
The staff upon check-in were friendly and fast. Made us aware of all amenities. We stayed on the 2nd floor

For the money, this is hands down, the best hotel in the area. On top of great price-parking was free and there was a shuttle to the mall and Metro. We were greeted by Stella who made us feel comfortable and welcome. She did an amazing job as well as the rest of the staff! I will be staying here for all my trips to DC! -

... hva folk sier » the Smithsonian area in DC, and unfortunately, my husband got sick. It was the perfect place for him to be sick in because the bed was so comfortable for him to be in all day. He felt so much better the next day, so we were able to go on our adventures.

I went on line for the best Hotel deal. Crown Plaza was it. When I got there, the room available had one King bed. It wasn't what I wanted as my daughter was to meet me there after her work day. I was given two beds with no problem. It was an up grade.
I orginally requested two queens. The desk was cordial and accomodating. -
