  This hotel was close to the Amtrak station and I was coming in via train to Tacoma. The hotel provided a shuttle to the hotel and back the next day. The shuttle arrived in a very timely matter and I did not have to wait. This saved me in cab cost. The staff was all very friendly. The resturant within the hotel had good food and friendly staff too... hva folk sier » . - nice and comfortable. friendly staff. Being alone in the area, the shuttle was very convenient to travel with to the shopping center and around. The bus stop is walk-able too.

  Our stay was very pleasant. I also had the opportunity to see an irate guest at the front desk complaining that children were jumping around and making noise in the room above hers. The lady working at the desk stayed calm, despite the ride guest and was very approachable about the matter. I will DEFINITELY use this hotel again. - Very comforta... hva folk sier » ble, clean.
