There is nothing to dislike about this place. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. We got into to town earlier than expected and asked if we could go ahead and check-in. They got our room ready fast and allowed us to check-in 4 hours early. We utilized the shuttle a few times to go to dinner and a local attraction because

Enjoyed our stay in early August 2013. We were 1 of 3 other couples
staying at hotel, so it was nice and quiet. Stellar a+ staff! The lobby
is beautifully decorated & very inviting. There are a variety of
books to read in the lobby and in the small sitting area upstairs. Large
room, luxury bedding with comfortable bed & pillows. Free wi-fi.

We loved the staff - they were ready to help with any request and not at all pretentions. We will come for the Triple Crown Mountain Magic baseball tournament annually and will always look to stay with you :) -

This place is incredible. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The facility is nothing luxurious, but it was clean and comfortable. Nice flat screen TV. The hot tub in an enclosed room with large glass windows and a changing area. The location is incredibly convenient, close to restaurants and with a bus stop for the free shuttle right across the street. The free breakfast also had a great selection.

We have had some pretty scary experiences lately at hotels! This place was a real breath of fresh air! Nothing fancy but very clean. The beds were comfy, the breakfast yummy. The staff super friendly and helpful. We will stay here again. -
