  The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courte... hva folk sier » ous. The hotel felt safe and the location was convenient to everything we had planned to do.
