  My husband and I were visiting Santa Barbara for a horse show. We spent the week at the Pepper Tree! Very clean nicely appointed rooms. Location great for Earl Warren Show grounds or shopping and dining in downtown Santa Barbara! Great staff! And nice little restaurant.
