As with many of the hotels in this small chain (Joie de Vivre) this
hotel had a funky design in an old hotel "shell". It was
actually a bit more like a motel, with outdoor corridors. For anyone
wanting to visit Great America, it's a fantastic location. Also good

JDV has done a decent job disguising an old motel into a more hip property. Many amenities in the rooms are only found at higher end hotels but during renovation they chose to not to spend money on new tile in shower and bath floor which is a shame. Still, a good location for business travelers and great fitness center and good pool area. Bedding is great.
