Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and well kept.
Room had a microwave and mini fridge. I was allowed to check in early
and allowed a late check out with no problem.
If you're looking for a comfortable and friendly short stay hotel then this is the one. Fantastic staff.

... the halfway house right next door made us feel unsafe. We heard two drunken shouting matches during the night. If this place is so valued/historic that it shows up on maps, then the city needs to reprioritize housing in this area.
no ice machine, not handicap friendly, no elevator, soft beds, damp floors, noisy air conditioner, paint chipping off walls, no guarenteed parking when the lot is full and you have to pay per day.
