Sad to say if it was gay friendly, I would not have stayed. It was convenient, and a real bargain price wise, staff were great and helpful, and only a 10 min. walk to my destination. I was amazed at how clean, fresh looking and nicely decorated with both a tub and shower. I didn't have time for TV, but they had a large up to date TV, refrigerator and microwave. I have recommended it to many because as I travel, this was a great place.
alle vurderinger » Spacious, clean room with working amenities. Although on a busy street, room was fairly quiet. Felt safe despite being several blocks from downtown. Breakfast was as expected and all I needed. Adequate parking. extremely friendly and helpful staff! very nice and new rooms, beautiful and clean. breakfast nothing special but everything you need. I would definitely come back!!. Nice staff and very clean room. More offered for breakfast than I expected. Walking distance to downtown Sac. Great value, large room, quiet, clean, and a decent continental breakfast. The nice family that owns/runs it, and the reasonable price. For the price not a bad hotel and lication. I loved that it was only a few blocks away from all the fun happenings in downtown Sacramento. It was a perfect location for the perfect price. Everything about Sacramento is always fantastic, so having a close hotel for a good price is always a great thing. The bed was comfortable, there wasn't a lack of lighting like some other places, and the easy access for parking was nice too. The staff was really very . The location to the convention center was good, an easy walk and price of the hotel was good value for room quality. The lobby was very nice. If Osama Bin Laudin was still alive... I would highly recommend it to him.. nothing. I didn't need to use it, but the elevator was out of service. Not the nicest area of town, no fault of the hotel. It appears the carpet in my room may have suffered from a leak around the ac or other staining event in one area. It had been cleaned & the stain was not a problem to me, but the carpet should probably be replaced before summer 2013 season. TV was very poor. None of the lights in our room worked. The one over the sink smelled like it was on fire. The breakfast was really bad. breakfast. The room did smell a bit like smoke, which was a tad disappointing. The television remote was not working either, and had the satelite box was the only way to change the channel. And the shower had to be on for at least 10 minutes before it became hot water, enough to feel good and not luke warm. Not sure why no one ever cleaned my room the whole time I was there( 3 days). I would have at least like to have my trash can emptied and when I tried to get hot water at night to wash my face all I got was cold. I ran the hot for over 5 min and still only cold water???. I stayed in the room 5 minutes on the 3rd floor. I am 65 years old add the elevator did not work so I left. I had reserved 3 nights & they only gav3e m a refund for 2 nights, They were awful. I want ALL my money back! we are a poor church!. Elevator was out of order, I always had the impression I was bothering staff. I didn't get the Queen bed I had booked... but two double beds... one of which was very uncomfy. The ice machine was always almost empty (I needed ice for an injury). Poor Wifi and a very very limited "continental" breakfast. Barely any cereal and old fruit..... All and then some... This is the nastiest motel/hotel I've ever stayed in. Nearly 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower, misc incompleted wall repairs, smoking room when I asked for non masked with some horrid air freshener, dish tv out most of the night and the WORST bed linens EVER. A single paper thin sheet over a mattress and the place is on top of the budiest street in the city. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car.
