  Location was good if you like walking. We walked to Pike Place Market and monorail without any problems. Monday to Thursday you get a free meal at night between 5-7 pm with beer and wine. Was able to go anywhere downtown and what was not in walking distance, the monorail and light rail stations were very close.   Our host Kenny was really warm and welcoming ever since we set foot into his inn. When we first checked in, he was very kind to ask us if it was our first time visiting Mt. Rainier. He then went and took his time to point out where he will recommend us to go and where to park our cars as well as the time it will take to reach each location. We had mixed reports on the Inn so we were a bit apprehensive. Forget any negative comments this proved to be great accommodation. Your genuine log cottage with lots of atmosphere including the compulsory log fire. Restaurant and convenience store on the doorstep and walking distance to the NP entrance. A great addition to a spectacular NP.

I recommended it to two Aussie visitors in the summer, and they gave it glowing reviews, so we gave it a try. Best price for the downtown core, and they dealt with our unpleasant discovery as - Clean, tasteful, comfortable, affordable, quiet, and extremely convenient to the hospital, where my husband was having tests.   Absolutely everything! Staying on this incredibly charming boat was an unexpected delight. Laura, the owner and host was a gem. She was so proud of her boat. She was great telling us about the history of the B&B. An amazing adventure you just have to experience it!! - This B&B made the whole trip. I cannot say enough about the boat itself - adorable, unique, and unforgettable. I suggest paying the extra for the larger room/living area - totally worth it. Laura, the owner was fantastic. Made you feel very at home - and her breakfast was great. A must do for a couple going to Friday Harbor, we will go back no doubt. I can say I have traveled the world, seen and been to a ton of places. This is now the top of my list.
